1. General Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to myjewelistofficial@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your return request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the address to which you should send the product.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of your return package.
- Send the Item Back: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at myjewelistofficial@gmail.com and send your item to the address provided after receiving your return authorization.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
